My fiancé and I are both vegetarians but this did not matter at all as the chef prepared two versions of the main dish. Our only criticism was that when we and others in the group asked the chef questions, he seemed a little unwilling to answer them and wanted to get on with his class! But it wasn't a big drawback. Chef David is a wonderful host and chef. He welcomed us with appetizers and prosecco, then patiently instructed all twelve diners as we each made our own pasta. We all watched as he made the sauce, cooked the pasta, and then expertly tossed it all together. The end result was so incredible that I've been inspired to buy a pasta machine.
